I'm new to this blogging lark. My niece set this up for me specially for Janathon with the aim of helping to keep me on track - here's hoping :)
My short term aim, by end of March, is to run 5k in 40 minutes. I know that's very slow but I'm currently doing it in about 55 minutes so that is serious improvement!
My longer term aim is to run a 10k in September, time is not important, I just want to be able to do it.
Day 1 of Janathon tomorrow and I plan to do an 'Insanity' DVD as the weather forecast is rubbish :(
