Legs and green smoothies

I went to a sports physiotherapist today as my legs are still not better from about 6 weeks ago when I just did too much. I'm very pleased to say that I have strained various bits of my leg muscles. It might sound strange to be pleased and happy about it but I had begun to worry that I'd damaged the hip joint but he says there's no sign of any problem there :D I just have to keep stretching and using my leg muscles gently until they fully heal.

I'm also going to do the green smoothie 30 day challenge from 1 April

I joined up and they sent me a beginners recipe today so I tried it and it was surprisingly good. 


I have tried putting leaves in smoothies before but wasn't impressed cos the leaves didn't break down properly, but their tip about whizzing the leaves with the liquid first then adding fruit and whizzing again made a big difference.
