New challenge

Hooray, I've found a new challenge :) I can't do the miles one as I was way behind but then I did something awful to my leg muscles (hamstrings) so I've not been doing many miles but I have joined a Pilates class on a Tuesday. My week is now really good: Monday gym cardio followed by a 30 minute personal trainer session; Tuesday 1 hour Pilates class; Wednesday 1.5 hours yoga class; Thursday quilting class all afternoon; Friday knit and natter 10 am to 1 pm in town so I walk either there or back and it's between 2.5 miles and 4.5 miles depending on where I park and which way I go. In between I do my allotment, knitting, crochet and sewing.

Anyway the new challenge is to be happy every day for 100 days, I have to submit a picture each day of something that made me happy. Today I've been working on the allotment and will shortly be adding a pic of my soft fruit bushes that I've weeded, fed and mulched, they look lovely and they should be happy now and give me a lot of fruit in the summer.
