Dog gone

I keep missing knit and natter :( Yesterday the builder rang and said if he could come today he could do my new shed base otherwise it would be a week or two before he would be able to come, so, of course I said he could come. I had to go over to the builders merchants first thing to buy sand and the extra slabs I needed.

When I got back I made myself some soup for lunch with leeks and then whizzed in raw chard, this will have to do as my salad for today.

This afternoon the builder finished and had gone my daughter and partner came for the dog. After that it was all quiet and I cleaned up downstairs and vacuumed up all the dog hairs. The house is back to normal :)

My happy thing for today is a celebration tea, the dog has been returned home safe and well :D
