I've worked really hard today. I did a good long warm up then had half an hour high intensity intervals with my trainer this morning.
This afternoon I went to the allotment and dug out and spread 4 barrows of compost onto 2 beds then rotavated it in. I planted up some peas, flowers and a bronze fennel, then I came home all energy gone, but the lottie is looking better :)
I had the second half of yesterday's smoothie straight after the gym then I had a green smoothie when I got back from the allotment.
