Horrible cold, wet day here in Leicester :( I should have been running today but I just wasn't going out in that weather so I did a 30 minute Sy Chen upper body workout recorded off the TV.
I had a pottering about and crafting sort of day, I did a bit of housework, cleared my emails, sorted my allotment folder and old planting plans etc etc.
It is supposed to be bad for you sitting for long stretches of time so I set my kitchen timer for 30 minutes and each time it pinged I stood up and did 5 lunges each leg or 5 squats :)
This afternoon I crocheted and sewed and this is my happy pic. The tumbling blocks are hand sewn so take quite a while to do but I like the effect I'm getting, it does look quite 3D.
The crocheted circles will be used to make a bag in due course but it isn't a priority project, just something I'll pick up when I have some spare time.
Sadly I haven't managed my green stuff today. I had a boiled egg and ryvita for breakfast, a ham sandwich for lunch and bits of fruit as snacks here and there. The plan was to have salad or smoothie for tea but I'm just not hungry, probably because I haven't done much today. I'll try to have 2 tomorrow.
