Day 12

Still going quite well. We did some DIY this morning and I was getting up and down to the floor for ages - that is exercise in itself but I also did an hour and a bit of yoga, 55 minutes of all over body yoga and 20 minutes of runners yoga. Some of it is very hard even though I am fairly flexible so it was a good workout. Sammy and half an hour of cardio at the gym tomorrow and I've found a new yoga class to try on Tuesday :)
