Day 7

I've got very boring titles for my posts :)

Today I've done Sy Chen 45 minute upper body workout again as I'm saving my legs for running tomorrow.

I've also sorted out another 2 carrier bags of craft stuff to go to the charity shop and a bag full of paper for recycling.

So far blogging is helping to keep me on track :)
