Day 25
No formal exercise today but I worked on both the allotment and the garden for a couple of hours, moving soil (very wet and heavy), tidying and cleaning. We had an amazing storm this afternoon it went really dark then we had thunder and lightning and hail, glad I was inside by then.
it was a scary storm, the sky went a very odd colour ..a shade of 'end of the world' :/
