Day 26
Nothing much of interest today, weather horrid so spent a lot of time sewing. Did 20 squats with 2 x 2.5 kg weights; 20 lunges (10 each leg); 5 modified burpees ie very slow; 10 of each bicep curls and tricep things with the weight lifted up and down behind my head.
well done :) I've done nothing today except laze, recovering on the sofa!!
