Back to Monday and the start of a new week. I did 30 minutes on the cardio machines (treadmill and rower) at the gym then, with my trainer, 30 minutes of TXR/TRX? not sure what it's called but it's a suspension strap that you use for pitting your own body weight (mine is large) against your muscles (mine are small) so it was a seriously intense workout!
For lunch I had a quesidia made with leftover stir fried veg and a bit of cheddar. The ratio of cheese to veg wasn't quite right so it didn't stick together, it was challenging to eat politely but tasted very good :)
I worked in the garden as well doing some tidying and digging, this is more of an activity than exercise but it is still moving and not sitting.
