I had 2 minor triumphs today: I worked with my running lady and, after quite a long warm up, I managed to run 2 miles without stopping, including some sprints and I haven't been running for 3 weeks. Secondly I went shopping and didn't buy anything with sugar in, the temptation was strong but I managed to overcome it :)
After I got home from shopping I did 30 minutes of yoga to stretch out my leg muscles, which are definitely feeling the strain.
