Day 29

Running day today, did about 15 minutes brisk walking and dynamic stretches to wake up my legs then we did 35 mins of jogging with seven 'sprint' sessions included. Then a brisk 5/10 minute walk to cool down. My legs are dead! 

I missed yoga because I got home late from running, I could just about have made it to the yoga class except that I was dripping wet and muddy so I needed a quick shower. I did 20 minutes of yoga leg stretches instead.
